SUPPLY INSTALLATION TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF PRECAST BOUNDARV WALL
Application are invited from approved firms from pec for supply installation
Testing and commissioning of precast boundary well at naval Anchorage Islamabad salient feature of the project is as mentioned below
Firms registered with PEC and SECP/Registrar of Firms are required to submit their applications along with the following information;
1. Name, address, telephone, fax numbers and e-mail address of the Firm,
2. Registration certificates issued by the PEC (minimum category C-5 having CE-10
specialization code).
3. Registration certificate issued by SECP/Registrar of Firms,
4 Status of firm (whether sole proprietor, partnership or limited company etc.)
5. Ownership and Organizational Structure of the Firm,
6. Names and Short CVs of Principal Technical Staff,
7. Proof of experience in the form of final completion certificate issued by previous employers of the works of similar nature and magnitude done during last five years
. 8. Proof of financial soundness, Financial Statement Summary for the past three years.
9. NTN Certificate by CBR and Tax payer profile by FBR,
10. Affidavit on stamp paper of Rs. 200/- that the firm is neither blacklisted nor involved in litigation
with any client,
11. Proof of all types of work in hand in the form of work orders.
