Overview: this job will ensure safety and security of all employees and STZA premises with effective controls and procedures that follow best practices and standards with enabled support of Technology tools.
Key Responsibilities:
•control and supervise the safety and security of the organization to facilities its success and provide stakeholder with the safe and secure work environment where teamwork is Paramount.
•Efficacy in security by managing guarding, and technical security aspects to ensure the security of staff, assets and of various organizational functions to ensure risk free environment.
• promote essay and square environment by managing safety aspects, promote an active and inclusive safety culture.influence safe behaviors through audits, inspections, healthy and surveys and behavioral observation.
Experience Requirements:
•Minimum 4 year of relevant experience which National /international firms/ organizations.
•Must have managed outsourced and/or insourced security service and surveillance system.
•HSE experience is a mandate requirement.

•Assist in aligning organizational objective with functional objectives and people of objectives with quarterly talent performance reviews with the concerned line
•Enabling talent profiling and pipeline for effective people and organizational alignment while essessing the organizations need and correlating the same for staffing budgeting and planning.
