Application are invited for appointment on the following project purely on contract basis.

Project-1: Establishment of project planning and monitoring unit (PMU)in ministry of human Rights

M&E Specialist  (PPS-8 equivalent to BPS-18)	01-post Punjab (Including ICT) Islamabad	125,000 25-35 Years	1) second class or grade c Master Degree in Economics / Sociology /Development /Studies/ Human rights or equivalent qualification from a University recognised by HEC. 2)Five years post qualification experience in the field of Project Planning, project management, research, project appraisal, monitoring, and evaluation in Government semi Government autonomous bodies NGOs /INGOs. 3) knowledge of government rules and regulation. 4) computer skills in MS Office PowerPoint word and Excel.
Financial Management Specialist  (PPS-8 equivalent to BPS-18).	01-Post  Punjab (Including ICT) Islamabad	125,000 25-35 Years	1) 2nd class aur grade c masters degree in finance / accounting /MBA finance Commerce CA ACCA / ACMA  or equivalent qualification from a University recognised by HEC. 2) 5 years post qualification experience in public financial management (preferable on PIFRA and SAP) accounting/ budgeting/ Financial auditing etc.in Government or semi Government organization. 3) Proficient in financial rules and regulations of government of Pakistan. 4) computer skills in MS Office PowerPoint word and Excel
Procurement Specialist  (PPS-8 equivalent to BPS-18)	01-post  Punjab (Including ICT) Islamabad	125,000 25-35 Years	1) second class grade c masters degree in finance MBA or equivalent qualification from a University recognised by HEC. 2) 5 years post qualification experience in Consultancy services or as a procurement  expert in any project or government department. 3) proficient in financial rules and regulations of Government of Pakistan. 4) knowledge of public sector procurement,e.procurement, processes and policies and PPRA rules and regulations. 5) computer skills in MS Office PowerPoint word and Excel.
Assistant Director (Admin)  (PPS-7 equivalent to BS-17)	01-post  Punjab Including ICT Woman Quota) Islamabad	90,000 22-30 Years	1) second class or grade c masters degree in MPA/ MBA or relevant disciplines from a University recognised by HEC. 2) 2 years post qualification experience in the administrative matters. 3) good knowledge of public sector procedures, rules and regulations . 4) proficient in computer and MS Office PowerPoint MS Excel and MS word.
LDC (PPS-3 equivalent to BPS-9)	01-post  Punjab (Including ICT)	25,000 18-25 Years	1) intermediate 2nd division. 2) minimum typing speed of 30 wpm. 3) basic IT training course including MS Office. 4) preference will be given to experience persons.
D.R  (PPS-1 equivalent to BPS-4)	01-Post  Islamabad	16,000 18-30 Years	1) middle Matric from a recognised board. 2) Matric will be preferred. 3) 2 years experience in driving with valid driving licence holder and well-versed in traffic rules. 4)Local Based.
Naib Qasid (PPS-1 equivalent to BPS-1)	02-post  Islamabad	16,000  18-25 Years	1) Middle. 2) Mentally and physically sound. 3) Local Based.
Security Guard Chowkidar (PPS-1 equivalent to BPS-1)	01-post  Islamabad	16,000 18-25 Years	1) Primary pass. 2)Fit for security Guard duty. 3)Local Based.
Sanitary work (PPS-1 equivalent to BPS-1)	01-Post Islamabad	16,000 18-25 Years	1) Primary pass. 2)Fit for Duty. 3) Local Based.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) Application on the prescribed from along with attested copies of academic degrees, Domicile and CNIC etc.should reach to the undersigned within 15 days from the date of advertisement.

2) applications will not be consider without the copies of CLC relevant qualification degree and experience certificate or any other related documents with the application from.
