if none is available with above said qualification then, MBBS with diploma in Pathology (D.C path) or equivalent qualification recognised by the 

PM&DC with 02-years Practical experience in the respective specialty after post graduation in a recognized institution.

MBBS aur equivalent medical qualification sized by the pmdc weather postgraduate qualification of FCPS/ MRCP/FRCP(Nuclear medicine)/Diplomat of American Board in the respective speciality, or equivalent medical qualification in the prospective speciality recognized by PM & DC

OR

MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognised by the pmdc with post graduate qualification of of diploma 2 year MSc (Nuclear medicine)or equivalent medical qualification in the respective speciality recognized by PM&DC with 2 years practical experience in the respective speciality after post graduation in a recognized institution

MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized by the  PMDC with postgraduate qualification of Diploma 02 years (MCPS)DOMS/DO in ophthalmology, or equivalent medical qualification in the respective speciality recognized by PM & DC with 2 year practical experience in the respective specialty after post graduation in a recognize institution.
