National engineering service Pakistan Pvt Limited and NESPAK)  a leading international engineering consultancy company requires the service of the following categories on contract basis 

ARCHITECTURE &  PLANNING Division KARACHI 

1 . SENIOR ARCHITECTURE

B.Arch. degree having 5 to 10 year experience on large projects the candidates must have strong design technical skill leadership to lete ATM and be excellent in computer software , presentations , client communication & architectural construction detailing candidates having Master degree well we preferred  PCATP  registration is mandatory.

2) JUNIOR/ SENIOR ARCHITECTS 

B.Arch degree having 2 to 5 year experience in a reputed firm. the candidates must have strong design and presentation skill and b proficient with relevant architecture computer software PCATP registration is mandatory.

KARACHI OFFICE

1. BIM ENGINEERING/SPECIALIST

Candidate processing B.CS/ B.E in civil/ urban b.Arch engineering degree based at  Karachi office with deep understanding of building  formation modeling BIM as concept and process minimum BIM level 2.0) having at least three years post qualification experience in building information modeling (BIM) virtual design. candidates with experience of large projects from modeling (architecture, structures & (MEP) clash detection model based cost estimation, model based scheduling and energy analysis will be preferred in  addition proficiency in use of BIM related software such as auto desk Revit Autodesk Navisworks  Autodesk infraworks civil 3D etc.will be an added  advantage.

2) SENIOR ELECTRONICS /TELECOMMUNICATION ENGINEER

B.Sc /B.E in electronics telecommunication engineering degree having at least 7 years experience in design of Lord projects in in the field of extra voltage LV network structured cabling including external and internal telecommunication systems comprising of fire alarm system CCTV  system, public  address system,Access control system and special airport communication system the candidate should also have experience preferably in knowledge of of knowledge of Navigational aids (NAV AIDS) and intelligent system (TTS)
