POST: MDR- TB Pharmacist

DUTY STATION:

PMDT site Syed Mohammed Hussain Govt-TB sanatorium samli , Murree

QUALIFICATION:

Pharm-D (Registered with pharmacy council)

SALARY:RS ,37900 per month

JOB DESCRIPTION AND EXPERIENCE:

Responsible for managing and dispensing of second line  anti TB drugs :educating on the drugs intake: aDSM. On follow up visits maintenance of record and reports of DR -TB Patients Experience in TB control program/ donor funded projects will be preferred.
