3. Application must clearly indicate the post applied for and subject field of PHD procured mast fill all sections of application from along with all relevant documents attested photocopies of all DMCs as transcripts certificate degree experience certificate CNIC 3 recent passport size photograph and publication application are required to submit 3 set of application

4. Application who are serving in government semi Government and autonomous organization should get and attach no objection certificate NOC with application

5. Qualification experience publication gained after the last date of submission of application shall not be considered
