How to Apply
1. Application Form is available on NHMP website: www.nhmp.gov.pk
2. Candidates are advised to fill in the entire application form carefully, particularly ensure correct entries of district of domicile, educational qualification, experience, date of birth, gender, religion and nature of disability.
3. In order to ascertain the eligibility of the candidates for the applied post(s), attested copies of documents especially educational documents, domicile certificate, CNIC, driving license, expérience certificate, disabilityand minority certificatesmust beattached
with the application form.
4 Separate application form will be used for applying more than one post 5 Post, Sector/Highway/Motorway/Women/Minority/Disable Quota and district of Domicile must be clearly mentioned in
application form.
6:Candidates possessing relevant Domicile can apply for more than one Post/Sector/Highway/Motorway.
7: complete application from the all respects be sentthrough courier registered mail toconcerned Incharge Recruitment Branch as mentioned above. Incomplete/late received applications/applications sent to wrong addresses will not be entertained.
General Instructions
O5 years general age Relaxation upper age limit and age limit shall be granted as per government rules
a) Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community recognized tribes of the Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir and Northerm A for all posts under the Federal Government.
(b) Candidates belonging to Sindh(R) and Balochistan for posts in BPS 15 below under the Federal Government.
Released or Retired Officers/ personnel of the Armed Forces of Pakistan
Government servants who have completed 02 years continuous Government service on the closing date for receipt of applications.
Disabled persons for appointment to posts in BPS 15 and below.
Widow, son or daughter of a deceased civil servant who dies during servic
Note:
Where a candidate is entitled to age relaxation under more than one category in one category.
2. Government employees shall apply through proper channel.
3. Preference shall be given to the candidates holding certificates/ diploma from Government Technical Institutes (ie. NAVTTC/ TEVTA/STEVTA/KPTEVTA/BTEVTAetc.) applying for the posts of Electrician, Plumber, Cook and Helper Cook.
The candidates shall have to appear in the skill test as per the guidelines of the Establishment Division.
5 Original documents of the candidates shall be checked at the time of skill test.
At the time of final selection, candidates will be medically examined by the authorized Civil Surgeon of the Federal Government.
7. Domicile certificate of the selected candidates will be verified from the concerned issuing authority before the issuance of Appointment Letter.
In case of fake bogus/non-verification of domicile certificate, the appointment letter will not be issued
Character & antecedence of selected candidates shall be verified. In case of any unsatisfactory information or criminal record selection shall stand withdraw cancelled immediately
The documents of the selected candidates shall be verified at later stage. If any information given by the candidate is fo incompetat stage, the applicant (even if employed) on such false/ inconiect information shall be liable to die form
Initiated against him
. upon selected candidatesshall be posted in the concerned Zones Sectors, however, due to exigency of duty the candidate shall be liable to serve anywhere in Pakistan in jurisdiction of NHMP
Candidate are advised to keep their given mobile number operational during recruitment process
The recruitment process may be cancelled withdraw due to any force majeure
No TADA will be gives for appearing in skill test/ interview.
