Pakistan Refinery Limited is a well reputed organization in the oil and gas industry. with major shareholding by Pakistan State oil (PSO). PRL is engaged in a mega Refinery Expansion & Upgradation Project, of over $1 Billion and currently is in the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) Phase


PRL is looking for highly professional, self-motivated and energetic individuals to become part of their dynamic team for the Refinery Expansion & Upgradation Project


The following positions are available on One Year Contract (renewable)


PROCESS MANAGER:


•Lead the Process Team, provide technical advice and guidance in the development and review of critical process design deliverables such as Process Design Package, Basic & Detail Engineering Packages and other deliverables related to FEED and EPC phases of the project. Hands-on experience on: Process simulation on refining models; Linear programming models, developments for scoping of different studies


•Steer work of FEED contractor for development of Basis of Design for the new

project. Support Licensors engagement, selection and liaison during development

of Process Design packages.


•Lead from owner's side development of PFD, P&ID's, and reviews such as HAZOP! LOPA/SIL/other THSE aspects. Leads Environmental Protection activities such as ESIA, Risk studies, ensure compliance with all HSED aspects


•Must hold bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited university with 20+ years of related extensive process management and design experience for mega projects in the refining/petrochemical industry through FEED and EPC phases with 10+ years in a similar role Working knowledge of process software applications like UNISIM, HYSYS, ASPEN Plus, HTRI etc.


ENGINEERING MANAGER:


• Lead the Project Engineering Team, provide technical advice and guidance to execute the project with a well-defined Engineering execution methodology within quality, budget and schedule.


• Responsible for steering basic design and detail engineering of process equipment during the FEED and EPC phases for Engineering Scope of the Project. Development, review, compliance & implementation of engineering


deliverables (eg. Drawings, Calculations, Datasheets, Technical Specifications) • Knowledge of International design codes, standards and engineering best practices related to rotating, static equipment and piping (e.g. ASME, API etc).


• Must hold bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university with 20+ years of related experience of mega projects in the refining/ petrochemical industry through FEED and EPC phases with 10+ years in a similar role.



PROJECT CONTROLS MANAGER:


Lead the Project Controls Team during the FEED and EPC phases of the Project. Development and implementation of Project Management Plan and management of Project Controls function for the Project. Ensure Project Control tools and procedures are in its by PC teams.


implementation of Project Management strategies, best practices, and standards to optimize the schedule timeline and cost across all Project Phases and to ensure Project completion on time and within the allocated budget. Manage the development, review and implementation of FEED and EPC Schedule program with the contractors.


• Proactively identify and mitigate program risks. Responsible for scope and change orders management. Lead development of WBS. Establish and oversee Project Earned Value Management System and monitor the schedule & cost performance indices. Accountable for monitoring and forecasting projects costs.


•Must hold bachelor's degree in engineering with 20+ years of project controls experience for mega projects in the refining/petrochemical industry with 10+ years experience in similar role. PMP Certification highly desirable. Software Skills: MS Office, Primavera P6, MS Project, and cost estimation software.
