Apni Zameen Apna Ghar Scheme September 2025 – 3 Marla Plot Distribution Update
The Government of Punjab, under the leadership of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, continues its mission to provide permanent housing for underprivileged families through the Apni Zameen Apna Ghar Scheme. In September 2025, the program enters a new phase with the distribution of free 3-marla residential plots to landless and homeless citizens across Punjab.
This initiative is more than just a welfare step – it is a life-changing opportunity for families who have long dreamed of having their own home. With every update, the slogan “Apni Zameen, Apna Ghar” is becoming a reality.
September 2025 Update – Plot Distribution Phase
The project is being executed by the Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (PHATA) under the Housing, Urban Development, and Public Health Engineering Department.
✅ The first draw of September 2025 for 3-marla plots will be conducted in early October, district-wise.
✅ Over 2,500 plots will be allotted in this round, compared to 2,000 plots in June 2025’s first phase.
✅ Beneficiaries will be selected via a transparent digital balloting system.
✅ Results will be available on the official website and through SMS alerts.
