Pakistan cricket board PCB the national governing body for all cricket in Pakistan responsible in the promotion and development of world class cricket in the country .PCB is seeking a dynamic individual with creative leadership strategic  analytical, and managerial skill for the following position:

Manager Litigation

The Litigation manager shall be responsible for managing PCB proceeding and litigation

Duties and Responsibilities

Effective management of litigation and arbitration proceedings before various forums

• Monitors and ensures that impact of litigation is identified and recorded 

Identify risk related to litigation and proposes solution for risk Management 

• Ensures accurate documentation of cases.

•legal advice to all the relevant stake holder in relation to risks  regarding litigation.

Qualification and skill requirement

•undergraduate degree in law ( postgraduate will be  preferred).

•minimum 5 years experience working in the field of law

•Litigation experience at National or international level with a license to practice in local courts 

•excellent legal writing skill 

•sound knowledge of litigation process in local jurisdictions
