Eligibility criteria
Education: master degree 4 year bachelors degree from HEC recognised international University in the subject of business administration public administration economic, commerce, Finance, Accounting, computer science information Technology, mathematics, Statistics,Human Resources,Law and Sociology.
CGPA: At least 60% Marks where percentage system applies or 2.5 out of 4. 0 CGPA or 3.5 out of 5.0 CGPA where GPA system is applicable
AGE: 25 years maximum as of last date of submission of application age limit can be relaxed up to 3 year for candidates from NA/FATA/GB, AJK and Balochisthan
Quota:As per provincial/ Regional quota .
Selection criteria
The candidate shall go through comprehensive selection process which includes written test followed by panel interview.Final selection will depend on marks obtained in the written test and panal interview in order of merit.
Compensation
Selected candidate shall surve as management train officer for A period of 6 month at a market competitive Stipend.After successful completion of training MTOs well be offered regular implement in the company as assistant manager OG-2
Place of posting
Selected candidate may be posted at any HBFC office across the country

Candidate meeting the eligibility criteria are required to fill the online application from on the national testing service NTS website www.nts.org.pk and download the filled ourform with Bank deposit slip from the website
•the candidate shall deposit test fee as per guideline provided on NTS website

Qualification:
Masters bachelor degree 16 years education either in in management information system, computer science,Finance, Accounting, commerce, ACMA,ACCA,CA-inter or related field from HEC recognized institutions, Candidate holding CISM,CISA certifications will be preferred.
Assistant Manager-Internal Audit, Karachi (01 position)
Qualification:
ACMMA,CA-Inter,ACCA, masters/Bachelor's degree (16 years education) either in Finance, Accounting, commerce or related field from HEC recognized institutions.Candidate holding CIA certification will be preferred.
