1 : for above mentioned categories applicants  are eligible to apply who are permanent residents /possess domicile of the area region against whose quota vacancies are available.

2). Applications can apply for more than one category as per qualification requirements.

The following quotas to be observed:

a: 5% Quota for Minorities/ non Muslim in all categories.

b: 5% quota for Orphans / Destitute in all  categories.

C: 2% Quota for disable persons for all categories.

AGE Limit

18 to 25 year plus 5 year general Age Relaxation in upper age limit on the closing date for receipt of applications I.e 21.9.2021

2) the age of candidates belonging to the scheduled castes, Buddhist Community, SiNDh rural and Balochistan.recognized tribes of the tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir and Northern area is relaxed for the year in addition to item now one above. 

3) in Case of  Ex - Servicemen. the upper age limits is relaxed to the extent of 15 years of the number of years actually served in the Armed forces of pakistan.whichever is less.

4) The age of government servants and contract employees who have completed 2 year continuous government service on the closing date for receipt of application is relaxed by 10 year up to age of 55 year 

5) the age of  disabled candidate is relaxed by 10 year.

6) the age of widow or child of deceased  civil servant who has  died during service is next by five year

7) where a candidate  is entitled to age relaxation under more than one category specified item 02 -05 above the shall be allowed a relaxation in age only in one category

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATES

1) application from shall be downloaded by visiting ( Pakistan railways) website

i.e .www.pakrail.gov.pk

2) candidate are required to submit application from duly signed and filled in.along with the following documents.

a)   Attested copies of educational documents, CNIC, Domicile, certificate of covid-19 Vaccination from NADRA  and two fresh passport  size photograph.

d) Three Envelopes duly stamped and return address mention thereron 

3) the above documents should be directly santro courier to chef personal officer Pakistan Railway Headquarter Office Empress Road Lahore.

4). Eligibility of the candidate shall be determined on the basis of applicant qualification performance in written test and interview ( 70% retain test + 30% interview)

5) The Departmental candidate shall be submit their application through proper channel along with NOC

6) last date of submission of application is

21.9.2021 

up to 05 .00 P.M

 

7) incomplete application or applications carrying incorrect information shall be rejected only those candidate who fulfill the laid criteria  are eligible to apply

8) NO TA/DA shall be admissible for test interview.

9). The candidates selected will be required to 

a) Pass prescribed Medical Examination and clearance by security Agencies.

b)  Undergo  specified training.

C) posted anywhere in Pakistan Railways system in any cadre of the concerned category.

 

10) if any documents provided by candidate is found bogus during the admission process and afterwards the appointment  will be treated as cancelled and Legal action may be taken.
