As per official sources, the guardian government thought about the reduction in global costs of petroleum, oil, and ointments (POL) during the continuous fortnight, alongside the reinforcing of the rupee against the US dollar. Therefore, it was guessed that petroleum costs would be marked down by Rs5.32 per liter from January 16, while HSD costs were supposed to stay stable.
