Job Description

A private, self-sustaining SECP registered R&D company based in Karachi, undertaking

innovative Research & Development in maritime domain for local and overseas customers

is looking for a CEO with in-depth understanding and relevant experience to lead maritime

technologies business setup, focusing platforms, acoustic sensors, Link based situational

awareness systems, nav sensors and above water sensors etc. Candidate should have

detail understanding of maritime market segment and competitive local and foreign players

to strategies future business model for expanding current Product Lines and customer

base. The CEO will function as per outlined policies and procedures. The job will be of full

time with initial contract of 01 year which with an option to extend.

Qualification

1. Master's Degree in Engineering, computer Science or Business from H EC/ equivalent

recognized University.

2. 4 years Engineering Graduate degree from HEC/ equivalent recognized University.

Experience

1. 05 years at Senior Management level in Public or Private sector or similar Defense Set

Ups, working in maritime technologies as stated above

2.

Should have detail understanding of local / regional maritime market segment, various

technology companies competing in this domain and their product lines.

3. Should be conversant with Defence/ public Sector security, financial and procurement

procedures.

Terms end condition:

The position is based in Karachi. However, the company reserves the right to relocate

the candidate anywhere in Pakistan.

In service candidate should apply with NoC from the current organization. Only short

listed, candidates will be called for interview.

No TA/DA will be admissible for the interviews or during selection process.

The company reserves the right to terminate recruitment process without assigning

any reason what so ever.

Maximum age Not more than 58 years on 30 Sep 22 however relaxation up to 3 may be

granted in age limit for suitable experience and qualified candidate.
